INFORMATION CLAUSE

The administrator of your personal data is the TERRA MY foundation with its registered office at ul. Czesława Miłosza 25, 35-304 Rzeszów (KRS: 0001082012, NIP: 8133909825, REGON: 527511089). PURPOSE AND BASIS OF PROCESSING

Your Personal Data will be processed for the purpose of: Conducting recruitment, enrollment in educational classes at FINNESSORI Bilingual Center for Creative Education (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR - consent of the data subject), pursuing or defending against possible claims (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR - legitimate interest).

DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

Your Personal Data will be processed for the duration of recruitment and enrollment. If your child becomes a FINNESSORI participant, the data collected during recruitment and enrollment will be added to the participant's personal files. If your child does not become a FINNESSORI participant, the data collected during recruitment will be stored for a period of 6 years in order to defend against potential claims (this period results from art. 118 of the Civil Code).

DATA RECIPIENTS

Your Personal Data may be disclosed to: employees of the Administrator, entities authorized to receive Personal Data under the law, entities cooperating with the Administrator

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You have the right to: a) access the content of your data and rectify the data (art. 15 and 16 of the GDPR). You can exercise the right to rectification whenever your data is incorrect or incomplete; b) to delete and limit the processing of data (art. 17 and 18 of the GDPR). You can exercise these rights when the data is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected; c) the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR). You can exercise this right due to your special situation; d) lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Automated decision-making

Personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area Personal data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter referred to as the EEA)
